 3si, Inc. is comprised of a staff of 4 and has been providing architectural and engineering services over the years to a variety of clients including new construction for residential, office, mercantile, industrial, and light commercial work, along with building maintenance work such as façade repairs and inspections, miscellaneous small projects, and Interior renovations.  

While 3si, Inc. was founded in 1999 I have been providing Architectural and Engineering work in the Chicago area for over 44 years and have worked on a variety of residential, commercial, retail, civic, educational, and industrial projects. I received my degree from the University of Illinois School of Architecture in 1981 and was Licensed in 1991. I have worked for a variety of Architectural, Engineering, Manufacturer’s, and Construction Companies over the years affording me an uncommon exposure to all aspects of building projects.
